Serpent Necklace - 14k Gold - Montana Sapphire

I love this necklace so much. I made it in the summer and have been keeping it for myself; sometimes these things can be hard to let go of. But, the time has come to set her free! A heavy gauge sterling silver oval is adorned with a hand-sawn serpent in 14 karat gold, wth three itty bitty Montana sapphires set at east, west, and south, with the bail acting as the north point. The sapphires are bezel set in 14 karat gold. It's no small feat bezel setting these wee stones!!! The pendant hands from a heavy weight sterling silver, diamond cut cable chain that is adjustable from 15 to 16 inches - this necklace is meant to be worn short, so it flutters just above your collarbone. So feminine and pretty and perfect for layering or wearing on its own. Oxidized satin finish on the pendant for an old world feel, while the chain is bright and shiny. 

All handcrafted using traditional silversmithing techniques, with my own two hands and a lot of heart and soul. Each North Star Silver order comes lovingly packaged and ready for gift-giving. I use GOTS-certified organic cotton jewelry bags and/or 100% post consumer recycled kraft jewelry boxes with natural cotton filling. All orders come with a jewelry care card.
